What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to support two upcoming client projects in the manufacturing and consumer goods industries.

The engagement starts part-time with the first client and expands in early 2026 with the second one — ideal for a freelancer looking to combine two steady, long-term assignments.

🧩 Assignments

Client #1 – Fiber Industry

Allocation: ~20–30%

Focus: S/4HANA rollout and transition project

Duration: Approx. 2–3 months (part-time)

Start: November–January

Client #2 – Consumer Goods

Start: January – June 30 (with possible continuation)

Allocation: ~40%

Focus: ERP program management and business process coordination

Total expected allocation: ~60–70% starting January 2026

🎯 Responsibilities

In these projects, you’ll act as a Project Manager coordinating business and IT teams across multiple streams of the rollout. Typical tasks include:

Planning and overseeing S/4HANA rollout activities

Managing timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

Leading project meetings and steering group sessions

Coordinating between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal development team

Tracking risks, dependencies, and change requests

Supporting testing, cutover, and go-live readiness

Ensuring documentation and governance compliance

Experience in global SAP S/4HANA transitions or template rollouts is highly valued.

🧠 Required Skills

Proven SAP Project Management experience (S/4HANA preferred)

Strong communication and coordination skills across business and IT

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and streams simultaneously

Good understanding of ERP landscapes, preferably with SAP background

Fluent English and Finnish
